Welcome to Our School
Welcome to our La Petite Academy educational daycare in Round Lake Beach, IL. My name is Tera and I am the center director. I have an associate's degree with a focus on early childhood and have been working in the industry for 16 years.
At La Petite, our infant child care and preschool programs provide the perfect foundation for learning and development. We encourage families to participate in a variety of events and activities including parent/teacher conferences, family literacy night, family game night and more.
The loving teachers at our academy have more than 160 years of combined experience in early education. We value the relationships we build with all our families here in Round Lake Beach, and to help each child develop a love for learning, we partner closely with our families to ensure each child's individual needs are met.

I began my journey with La Petite in 2005. I have worked in several roles throughout the school before becoming the school director in 2016. I pride myself in providing a safe and loving environment for the children and families in my center.

Angel Dobler, Assistant Director
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood (In Progress)
Certifications: Teaching Credential Level 2, Teaching Credential Level 2 Infant/Toddler
I began my journey with La Petite in 2015. I have been in the field of early education for over 20 years. I have taken on more than just the role of assistant director as I help out in the classrooms, cook and evens drive the bus when needed.

Erin Kubica, Team Lead
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (In Progress)
Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Teacher Credential Level 4
I joined the La Petite family in 2012 and am not only our team lead, but also our Junior Kindergarten teacher. My love and dedication to my children and classroom can be seen on the smiles of my children every day.
