Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare in Layton, UT. My name is Tracy and I am the director of this great school. I have a Child Development Credential (CDA) and have worked at this academy for 34 years. Drawing from this experience and education, I can confidently say that La Petite Academy offers the best Infant care and Preschool programs in Layton. We service the communities of Clearfield, Syracuse, Hill Air Force Base, and Kaysville!

We offer programs for children ages six weeks to 12 years old. Every child will experience activities that will help with his or her development.

We have a long-term staff, some of our employees have been with us more than 10 years. All of our teachers have teaching experience, and some have a CDA. Each teacher receives a background check, food handler's permit, and current CPR and First Aid training, as well as ongoing child care training.

I love working with children of all ages and building relationships with the families. I enjoy training, mentoring and coaching new team members. Every day is different at work and I enjoy helping the families and children daily. My hope is to provide a loving, educational environment that meets the needs of the children and their families.
