Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare and preschool in Las Vegas, NV! My name is Crystal Frost and I am the academy director. We serve the Summerlin Community and provide care and education for children ranging from six weeks to six years of age. Our school has a full curriculum in each of our Infant Care, Preschool and other age-appropriate programs. We also offer flex care and part-time options.

Our teachers provide high quality instruction and care and we take the time to personally get to know each child and family. We offer a STEM curriculum which promotes learning in science, technology, engineering and math.

The majority of our teachers have been with us for over 10 years and combined, they have more than 150 years of experience. We maintain a safe and clean facility and have a locked front door with individual codes required for each family to enter.

When your two year old is excited to go to school and starts running for the door in the morning naming all his friends and teachers in class, that says a lot. Education: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education

Certifications: Child Development Associates Credential (CDA)

I have worked in child care for over 30 years and it is absolutely the most rewarding career in the world! I have been with La Petite Academy since 2011. I started as a teacher and worked up to the Director. Children are my passion! I love to inspire and motivate them to be the best that they can be. My relationship with the families of this school is very important to me and I can't wait to be your child's biggest cheerleader, rooting them on to learn and grow!

I love working with children. I have three children of my own, and also five grandchildren. I have been with La Petite Academy since 2006. I enjoy talking and playing with the students and getting to know the families. And I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our school.

Education: Working towards CDA

I have raised four of my own children, I have worked with special needs children and have ran a home daycare of my own. I also worked as a nanny for a little over five years. I have been with La Petite for a little over a year and for the past five months as a Team Lead. I am also the lead Preschool teacher. I really enjoy working with children. I love how their minds work and how they are so curious and wanting to learn. I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!
