This is it! The next step is kindergarten. Our educators are skilled at ensuring your child is ready for the transition. From daily routines to the materials they use to the prompts we share, our Pre-K Program offers a rich learning environment designed to enhance their academic and social-emotional development. Let’s explore the classroom and get ready to Learn as We Grow.

Communication Center

It’s time to practice sharing your thoughts and ideas! Pre-K students utilize the Communications Center to work on their alphabet, create original works, and advance their skills. By this time, your child may write their name and tell their own stories!

Creation Center

See the world through the eyes of your Pre-K student as they make art to reflect on the things they’re learning and experiencing each day. The Creation Center is an endless treasure trove of mixed-media materials to inspire all kinds of original masterpieces.

Discovery Center

Students are making discoveries every day as they hone future-ready skills. The Discovery Center supports this process as Pre-K students discover how math and science concepts are connected to so many aspects of life. Try the abacus, play dominoes, or use a scale.

Imagination Center

Explore real-life concepts with your imagination! Pre-K students are encouraged to dream of all the possibilities in the Imagination Center. Pretend you’re a great chef, reflect the support of a caring teacher, or deliver a load of toys to the construction site.

Invention Center

Work with a friend to create a one-of-a-kind bridge with foam blocks and traffic signs. The Invention Center is where Pre-K students can experiment with various supplies to connect concepts, draw conclusions, or dream big. Will it work the first time? If not, try again!

Investigation Center

Curious about something? Let’s explore the idea! We encourage Pre-K students to take on the role of scientists in the Investigation Center to test theories, make predictions, ask questions, and use their senses. We even provide safety goggles for serious dreamers.

Reflection Center

Our school days can feel fast with all the learning and growing we’re doing. The Reflection Center is inviting and warm to give Pre-K students a chance to slow down, take it all in, and process their thoughts to make important social-emotional connections.

Pre Kindergarten Program FAQs

Enrollment is offered year-round based on each family’s needs and classroom availability.

At our schools, Preschool is designed for 3-year-old learners, while Pre-K is designed for 4- and 5-year-old learners during the year before they enter elementary school.

Pre-Kindergarten prepares children to be both academically and socially ready for kindergarten and life. Hands-on learning experiences invite children to explore academic concepts and develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Learning centers give children opportunities to lead, which helps them build self-esteem, leadership skills, self-regulation, and self-direction.

Junior Kindergarten offers an additional year of preparation for elementary school for older 4-year-olds and young 5-year-olds who do not meet the age requirement in their school or who might want an additional year of skill development before entering kindergarten.
