Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy in Indianapolis, IN. My name is Jill and I am the academy director!

Our school offers Infant Care, Preschool, Before- and After-School options and more! All of our teachers either have an education degree/CDA or are working toward one. They stay current with monthly training sessions and ongoing training offered by the state. Our school is currently a Level 1 in Paths To Quality and is working hard to move up to a higher rating.

It is my goal to provide your family with the peace of mind in knowing that your child is safe, loved, and well taken care of while you are away. In our school here in Beech Grove, our parents are our partners.

Jill Norton, Director

Education: Master of Science in Special Education and Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Childhood Education

Certifications: First Aid & CPR, Serve Safe, Professional Human Resources Certificate

Children have been a part of my professional life the last 13 years. Along with my experience in education, I also have experience in human resources, specifically staff management and training. I am married with two sons; Liam (2) and Luca (2 months). We are originally are from Buffalo, NY and moved to Noblesville in 2017.

Alisha Moore, Assistant Director

Education: Child Development Associate

Certifications: First Aid & CPR, Safe Sleep

Children have been a part of my professional life for the last 10 years. I have been with the company since 2016, starting as an administrative assistant in Southport and Camby before coming to Beech Grove. I am married with three kids; a two-year-old, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old.
