Welcome to La Petite Academy of Spring Ridge in Frederick, MD! We are proud to provide a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.
Our dedicated educators bring experience, passion, and a commitment to helping every child thrive. We believe in continuous growth, which is why our team participates in ongoing professional development and training in early childhood education.
From our youngest learners to our School-Age students, we offer programs designed to support children at every stage of learning and development, including Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool, Pre-K, and Before & After School programs, as well as Summer Camp. Through hands-on activities, creative projects, and engaging learning experiences, children have opportunities to explore their interests, build new skills, and grow in confidence.
We also believe that strong families make a strong school community. Throughout the year, we host family events, special activities, and community outreach opportunities that bring families, children, and educators together.
Your child’s safety and your peace of mind are always a priority. We work hard to maintain a secure, welcoming environment while keeping families connected throughout the day through SproutAbout, our family communication app.

Education: A.A. in Early Childhood Education
Certifications: 90 Hour Preschool, Infant and Toddler, Group Leader, Administrative, First Aid and CPR
With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Lexi is a passionate and dedicated Childcare Director committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for children to learn and grow. She brings a strong background in curriculum development, staff leadership, and family engagement. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education, Lexi has led diverse teams of educators and believes that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive environment.

Certifications: Infant & Toddler, 90 hour Preschool, School Age, 45 Hour Administrative, CPR and First Aid, Emergency Preparedness
I have over 11 years of experience in early childhood education. As a proud mother of two beautiful children and someone currently working toward my bachelor’s degree, I am committed to growing both personally and professionally. My goal is to change the world one child at a time by helping every child reach their full potential. I believe learning should be joyful, inspiring children to discover their passions and grow into confident, compassionate individuals.
