Welcome to La Petite Academy in Frederick, MD!
Drawing from my experience, I can confidently say that La Petite Academy offers exceptional Infant Care and private Preschool programs in Frederick. Many of our teachers have been with our school for over 15 years, bringing valuable experience and dedication to our classrooms. Our team also participates in ongoing training to stay current with the latest practices in early childhood education. For added convenience, we provide diapers, wipes, and freshly prepared meals.
Our Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Age classrooms feature innovative learning technology. Our Preschool classroom also includes an Inspire Plus interactive table, while our Pre-K program features a STEM Lab where children explore science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math through hands-on activities. School-Age students enjoy creative learning tools such as moviemaking tripods, coding robots, gaming systems, and more.
We host monthly events to help families connect and build strong relationships within our school community. Community outreach is also very important to us, and we have created several programs designed to strengthen those connections. Our school is nationally accredited, and the standards we follow exceed those required by the state.

With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Lexi is a passionate and dedicated Childcare Director committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for children to learn and grow. She brings a strong background in curriculum development, staff leadership, and family engagement. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education, Lexi has led diverse teams of educators and believes that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive environment.
