Education: A.A. in Early Childhood Development
Certifications: CPR and First Aid, Medication Administration and Emergency Preparedness
I love being part of children’s growth and development. As a Director, I take great pride in partnering with families to provide each child meaningful opportunities to learn and grow while nurturing a lifelong love of learning.

Jade Decker, Assistant Director
Education: B.A. in Psychology and Education
Certifications: CPR, AED, and First Aid
I have worked with children in an educational setting for the past ten years, and I am passionate about ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and has the opportunity to learn and thrive. I love making a meaningful impact, knowing that we are helping shape the next generation. Outside of work, I focus on furthering my education and spending quality time with my family.

Brittany O’Brien, Team Lead
Education: High School Diploma
Certifications: 90 hour Preschool Certification, 90 hour School Age Certification, First Aid/CPR Certified
As a Team Lead, I am deeply passionate about supporting children’s learning and social-emotional development while building strong, positive relationships with families. I take pride in providing clear communication, fostering teamwork, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported and empowered to grow and succeed.
