My name is Cristina and as the academy director, I'd like to personally welcome you to our La Petite Academy in Chesapeake, VA!
At La Petite Academy, our Infant Care and Preschool programs provide the perfect foundation for learning and development. We are excited to offer new technology in our School-Age classroom. These technology enhancements include iPads featuring apps to create art, music, and videos, tripods for movie making, robots for coding, a new gaming system, and more!
Together, our staff has more than 125 years of experience. We believe in the parent-educator partnership and offer many opportunities for family participation each month.

As Director, with over 21 years of experience working in the early education field, 10 of which are in school management, it is my mission to provide children with a nurturing and safe learning environment where they can succeed. Working with children has always been a passion of mine since I was little, getting the opportunity to watch them grow and know that I helped make a difference in their lives brings so much joy to my life.
