Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy in Charleston, SC!

Whether it's providing loving care for Infants and Toddlers, participating in activities in our Twos, Early Preschool, and Preschool programs, or prepping tomorrow's leaders in our School Age class, I love getting to watch so many little ones learn and grow!

My staff and I are committed to the highest standards of excellence when it comes to care and education in a secure environment. Staff members participate in training throughout the year to stay current in the field of early childhood education. I have an open-door policy and encourage active involvement in all of our events so that families feel comfortable and secure.

We've loved being part of the La Petite family. The director, Shannon, is wonderful. Always ready to answer questions and keep us informed. Our daughter's teachers are kind and helpful. I have never had a single moment of concern during my child's 2 years at La Petite. Every teacher I interact with, including the Director, know my child, know me, and always offer warm and sincere greetings. Getting updates throughout the day through the BrightWheel app has been wonderful - it makes my day to see pictures and videos of my little girl playing with friends, learning about shapes, or whatever other activities the teachers have the kids doing. I could not be more pleased with the level of service we're received while our child has been enrolled at La Petite, not to mention the top notch facilities, easy and convenient online payment system, and frequent communication we get via the BrightWheel app and in person.
