Welcome to Our School

San Antonio families, meet La Petite Academy on Marbach. We opened in March 1980 and offer daycare and preschool in San Antonio, Texas, near Plaza Lake Park and IDEA Mays Academy.

We care for Infants, Toddlers, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-K, and Before and After School Care, from 6 weeks to 12 years. We accept third-party assistance; ask us how it works on your tour. Learn from the Start® builds infant learning through loving relationships, and Learn as We Grow® for Toddlers through Pre-K brings big ideas to life, like early preschoolers comparing and measuring volume through sensory play.

The classroom is designed with everything teachers need at their fingertips, so they can stay by your baby’s side. Sensory pools and mats, activity gyms, and other age-appropriate toys and materials engage all five senses, inspiring curiosity and exploration in a safe space. With a maximum teacher-child ratio of 1:4, your baby always feels the love and attention they need. Diapers and wipes are also included, giving families one less thing to worry about each day.
