Welcome to Our School
Welcome to La Petite Academy in San Antonio, Texas, conveniently located at Babcock and Eckhert near the Medical Center and just minutes from USAA. Our academy has proudly served families in the community for over 30 years.
We are accredited through the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) and are a Texas Rising Star school. At La Petite Academy, we provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We offer programs for Infants, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, as well as Before- and After-School care.
Our teachers and staff take great pride in providing exceptional care and an education that inspires a love of learning. Team members participate in ongoing training opportunities throughout the year to ensure we are delivering the highest quality early childhood education.
We’re also committed to keeping families connected throughout the day. With our exclusive SproutAbout app, parents can access live-streaming video of their child’s classroom along with real-time updates and communication.
For our School-Age families, we provide transportation to Frances Rhodes Elementary, McDermott Elementary, Brookes Oaks Academy, and Carnahan Elementary.

Certifications: Director's Certification, CPR, and First Aid
I have 17 years of experience in childcare, along with a college degree in Early Childhood Education and a Director’s Certification. I am passionate about supporting children’s growth and creating a positive learning environment.

I joined La Petite Academy in 2021 and truly enjoy watching children learn and grow. It’s amazing to see how much they change over the course of a year, and nothing brings me more happiness than caring for young children.

I have nine years of experience working with children and truly love watching their growth each year in my classroom. Seeing how happy the children are every day and how quickly they learn is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
