Welcome to Our School

January 1983 is when La Petite Academy on Redlands NW first welcomed children, and our daycare and preschool in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is close to Redlands Park, Expound Bible Church, and Ladera Golf Course. We have the NAEYC accreditation seal of approval. Our staff hold a Child Development Associate credential.

For ages 12 months to 12 years, we offer Toddlers, Twos, Preschool, Pre-K, and Before and After School Care. We offer NM Pre-K/Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD), a state-funded program, and we are happy to talk about it when you visit. We welcome families using third-party child care assistance, so come tour and ask us anything about it. Learn as We Grow® for Toddlers through Pre-K turns curiosity into learning, like Pre-K children testing cause and effect with wind-powered machines and toddlers discovering patterns in songs and first/then routines.

Soccer gives children teamwork practice and time with friends, and Spotlight on Spanish weaves conversational Spanish into songs and stories. Our enrichment lineup is posted in full on this page. Our bussing connections include Chaparral Elementary School and S.R. Marmon Elementary School. Stay close to your child's day with real-time photos, video, and care updates in SproutAbout®, and livestreaming video gives you another view.

Our meals and snacks give children healthy choices, and trying new foods is always welcome. We protect what matters most by keeping safety at the top of our list. Pay us a visit at 5701 Redlands NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120 and tour La Petite Academy on Redlands NW.
