Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare in Hockessin, DE. My name is Randi and I am the center director. Our amazing school has been open since 1994 and I have been a part of this wonderful company for 12 years now.

We offer programs for infants as young as six weeks old as well as Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten. We also provide Before- and After-School care for surrounding public schools and an exciting summer camp program for children ages six to 12!

We have a dedicated, long-term staff that encourages and cultivates learning in all children. Our teachers participate in professional development training each year to stay current in the field of early childhood education.

We are proud to offer a mobile app that enables us to provide families with real-time updates and allows them the ability to send messages to their children's teacher throughout the day.

Our facility is kept safe and secure using a locked entry system as well as security cameras throughout the building and exterior of our school. Only staff and enrolled families may enter using their unique security code. Visitors must be approved by the administrative staff and provide ID before entering.
