Welcome to La Petite Academy in Orlando, FL! My name is Nargis and I am the academy director. I hold a master's degree in early education and have nearly 15 years of experience in early childhood education as a teacher and manager.
Established in 1990, our La Petite, which includes Infant Care, Toddlers, Twos, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Summer Camp programs are accredited through NECPA and has been recognized as a Florida Gold Seal Quality Care provider.
We also offer before and after school care for elementary-age children and drop off and pick up at the following schools: Oakshire, Endeavor, Renaissance, Hunters Creek and John Young.
Each classroom has a curriculum with age-appropriate, stimulating activities to keep learning fun. Our teachers are all certified in CPR/first aid and stay current with monthly training sessions and ongoing training offered by the state. Together, we have over 70 years of child care experience.

I have always had a passion for early childhood education and enjoy shaping a child's future for success. I also love being involved in the community and participating in events such as Relay for Life to feel engaged towards working together for a brighter and improved future.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Early Childhood Education
Certifications: National CDA
From an early age, I knew I wanted to work in the education field. I enjoy watching children learn new things as they grow. After being an early childhood teacher for about five years, I decided to be become the teachers' support system and help them throughout your children's journey at our school.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology
Certifications: National CDA and Director Credential
Being able to have the opportunity to help shape a young child's mind is a very rewarding experience. It means a lot to me knowing that I play a key role in helping young children begin their learning experience. My main goal is to help young children succeed and feel comfortable with learning.
