I am passionate and committed to providing professionalism, high quality care, and a safe, nurturing environment. I am proud to lead a team of talented teachers, with over 50 years of combined experience in early childhood education!

Sarah Miles, Director
Education: Bachelor’s degree is in Human Development, Child and Family Studies – Early Childhood Professions
Certifications: CPR and First Aid/SUIDS/AHT
I have been working in early childhood education for almost 10 years, finding my passion in the field at a young age, babysitting. I was born and raised in Colorado, relocating to Minnesota in 2020. I cherish my relationships with each child, family and staff member at the center more than anything. In my free time, I love spending time doing anything outside with my daughter, husband, and our animals!

Education: Associates degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice

I have been with LPA since 2022. I have worked in the early childhood field since 2014. My favorite activities to do with children are messy sensory, and reading with them. I love watching children grow into themselves and learn. I enjoy spending time with family, hiking with my fiancé and reading.
