Welcome to La Petite Academy of Oakdale, MN! We provide nurturing childcare and early education experiences designed to support children's individual development while helping them build confidence and discover the joy of learning.
Our school offers Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool, and Pre-K programs, along with engaging summer camp experiences, in a safe, secure, and healthy learning environment. Our exclusive Learn as We Grow® curriculum uses hands-on, play-based, and inquiry-driven experiences to encourage children to explore, imagine, and ask questions. Each day, your child will be engaged in educational activities that strengthen communication, creativity, independence, and social-emotional skills while building a foundation for kindergarten readiness.
Families can enjoy an all-inclusive daycare experience, including meals, snacks, diapers, and wipes, as well as on-site enrichment activities. Flexible, part-time care options are also available for families who need additional scheduling flexibility. I have been fulfilling my passion working in Early Childhood Education for 12 years. My favorite moments with children are as simple as being intentional with each interaction I have with each kiddo, you can see how much this means to children. I was born and raised in Colorado, relocating to MN in 2020 . In my free time, I love spending time doing anything outside with my two children, husband, and our animals!

Safety and comfort come first in our Infants Program, where Primary Caregivers offer your little one personalized attention. Learn from the Start™, our exclusive milestone-based curriculum, guides every experience, from sensory play to early language and motor skill building. The classroom is designed with everything teachers need at their fingertips, so they can stay by your baby’s side. Sensory pools and mats, activity gyms, and other age-appropriate toys and materials engage all five senses, inspiring curiosity and exploration in a safe space. With a maximum teacher-child ratio of 1:4, your baby always feels the love and attention they need. Diapers and wipes are also included, giving families one less thing to worry about each day.

Summer Camp
Our Summer Camp program, Wondercamp, gives children a summer filled with discovery, creativity, and fun through hands-on activities, outdoor play, and engaging weekly themes. Designed for toddlers to 12-year-olds, this full-day program encourages imagination, curiosity, and collaboration with friends. Older campers also enjoy local field trips, while younger children meet in-school visitors and participate in special events. Enroll your child for a week or all season long.
