Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy New Hope! Our school offers care for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool and Pre-K students. We serve students and families in the New Hope, Crystal, Robbinsdale, Golden Valley and Plymouth areas. We are located right off of Hwy. 169 and 36th Ave.

We proudly accept and support a variety of financial assistance options to help families access qualify early education and care. These include: Child Care Assistance, Early Learning Scholarships, and Childcare aware of America. We are committed to partnering with families to make early learning accessible and affordable.

Our school is nationally accredited by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA), and we are a 4 star rated Parent Aware School. We are fortunate to have an outstanding staff dedicated to our children and families. All of our teachers are First Aid and CPR certified and participate in continuing education throughout the year.

Martina Harnesberry, Director

Education: Child Development: North Eastern Illinois University

Certifications: First Aid, CPR, SUIDS, AHT, MN Infant and Toddler Credential

My name is Martina Harnesberry, and I bring years of experience in early childhood education and leadership, along with a deep passion for supporting children, families, and educators. I studied Early Childhood Education at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and have served in a variety of leadership roles throughout my career. I believe in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Certifications: First Aid, CPR, SUIDS, AHT

I have been with LPA since 2019. I have worked with children since 2009. My favorite activities to do with children are large motor and literacy games. I love watching children grow and learn.
