La Petite Academy of Monticello

Welcome to La Petite Academy in Monticello, MN! We provide the perfect foundation for learning and development through all of our educational programs.

We offer programs for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten. Each program uses a research-based curriculum focused on meaningful, fun, and engaging experiences. We nurture every aspect of each child — physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and creative — to ensure they grow into healthy, confident, and curious learners. We’re proud to be a 4-Star Parent Aware school, surpassing Minnesota’s standard school readiness requirements.

We’re committed to keeping you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. Families enjoy live classroom streaming video and real-time updates through our exclusive mobile app, SproutAbout.

Health and safety are always a top priority. We uphold the highest standards for security and cleanliness, provide healthy meals, and ensure children have plenty of time exploring the outdoors on our age-appropriate playgrounds.

We proudly accept financial assistance programs including Child Care County Assistance, Early Learning Scholarships, Child Care Aware of America, and other support programs.

Our teachers participate in continued training opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education. We treat children, parents, and staff as an extension of our own family. Our goal is to maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe environment, with an open-door policy and parent-teacher conferences twice per year.
