Meet Our Staff
Beth Bardouche, Director
Education: BS Human Development; Public Administration Minor
Beth has been a child care director for over 25 years. She has done everything from establishing the rules and regulations based on state licensing parameters, to writing the handbooks, establishing vendors, recruiting families, hiring staff and everything in between! Her tenure at that single day care for all those years proves her dedication and success as a director. Currently, she runs a center of 23 staff members and looks forward to welcoming you and your family!
