Welcome to La Petite Academy in Ashburn, VA! My name is Tiffany Alice Rumpff and I am happy to introduce myself as the academy director. I have been working in this field for over twenty years and the last five years in management.

Here at La Petite, we offer outstanding care and educational programs for children ages six weeks to 12 years. We offer part-time, full-time and flexible schedule options in each of our Infant Care, Preschool and Before- and After-School programs! We take pride in our connection with this community.

As the academy director, I take pride in our educational curriculum, nurturing environment and exceptional staff. I have been working in this field for the past 21 years. Helping children grow, coaching staff and building those long lasting relationships with families is such a passion of mine. I truly believe that everyone needs and deserves a personalized experience when it comes to early childhood education and care.
