La Petite Academy

Welcome to our La Petite Academy in Ashburn, VA! My name is Joelle and I am the academy director. I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and bring more than seven years of experience to my position.

Our center serves children ages six weeks to 12 years in our infant care, preschool and other early education programs. Our curriculum fosters each child’s development and readies them for school.

I believe open and honest communication with our parents is one of the most important aspects of our care. Our hard work is paid off by seeing the accomplishments and successes of our children, as well as the happy looks on our parents' faces.

My staff and I are educators because we want to be and La Petite is where we want to teach. We participate in ongoing training to further our skills and more than half of our staff has college degrees. Our center has multiple long-term teachers and families; both help give our school a family atmosphere!
