Welcome to Our School
Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare and preschool in Albuquerque, NM, conveniently located in the Ladera Shopping Center. We proudly provide high-quality child care and early education for children ages 12 weeks to 12 years through Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and other age-specific programs designed to support every stage of growth and development.
Our school is accredited by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation, reflecting our commitment to providing a strong educational foundation in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
We believe the early years are some of the most important in a child’s life, helping shape future learning and success. My name is Mary-Ann Azpeitia, and I am the Academy Director for this school. I bring more than 20 years of experience in both early childhood and elementary education, along with four years of administrative leadership experience. I am passionate about nurturing young minds and helping children grow into confident, capable individuals. My goal each day is to provide a warm, caring, and safe environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to learn and thrive.

My name is Samantha Espinoza and I have been working for La Petite for nine years. I was the two's teacher for six years and the team lead for four years. I recently became the assistant director this past year, and I look forward to making this location a safe place not only for the children, but for our families as well.

I truly enjoy watching children grow and reach important milestones with my guidance and support. In my free time, I enjoy coloring, bowling, and spending quality time with my family. I look forward to working with you and your children!
