Welcome to Our School

Welcome and thank you for your interest in our school!

Our goal is to maintain a safe environment where each child is excited to learn and parents feel confident that their children are being educated as well as nurtured. Keeping our kids safe and healthy at our school is our number one priority.

At La Petite Academy, we offer programs for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, and we have a TK plus program.

Our teachers have child development permits, teaching certificates, and CPR and First Aid certification. We are fortunate to have an outstanding teaching staff that is dedicated to early childhood education for our children.

Sarah Morrison, Director

Education: BA in Human Development specification on Early Childhood Education

Certifications: Teacher Certificate

My name is Sarah Morrison and I am the assistant director. This is my 10th year working in an early childhood program. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Development with a specification of Early Childhood development. Before that, I have worked as a nanny, a babysitter, and also taught children how to swim, so working with children has been a huge part of my life. My favorite part about working with children is finding what they love to do in the classroom.

My name is Amita, and I am the Assistant Director. I have worked with children at La Petite Academy for 17 years and received my Teaching Associate from Santa Rosa Junior College. I became a preschool teacher to help children learn important values, social skills, and independence. I’m passionate about building their confidence and creating a safe, supportive environment where they can learn and grow.
