Our Child Care was established in 1980 and has since presented in Mishawaka. Providing the highest caliber of child care and early education. From the coded entry to the spacious playgrounds, we provide a safe and fun learning environment for all our children.
We have been awarded National Early Childhood Program Accreditation by the National Accreditation Commission. We are also proud to be part of Indiana's Paths to Quality program, and have a Level 4 rating. The average length of employment for our teachers is five years, and some of our staff members have more than 20 years of experience with us.

My name is Crystal Allison, your academy director. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education along with 27 years of experience working with children. I am passionate about giving staff the necessary resources for growth as well as promoting inclusion in the classrooms. I am devoted to providing high quality care in doing so by laying a strong foundation for academic, social and emotional growth.
