Certifications: Director's Certification, First Aid, CPR, Shaken baby Syndrome, SIDS, CDA, Food Management
My name is Swati, and I am the Director. I oversee the daily operations of the school and support the development of educational programs that help children learn and grow. I began my career as a teacher, where I developed and implemented age-appropriate curriculum that fostered creativity and emotional development. I grew up in India, where I developed a love for helping others and enjoyed organizing activities for my local community center, which helped inspire my path in education.

I have over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. I began my career as an infant and toddler teacher while working toward my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education, and I have since taught a variety of age groups. As an Assistant Director, I am committed to providing strong leadership and support for our team while partnering closely with the Director. My goal is to support staff, foster teamwork, and motivate our team to do their best each day.
