Welcome to Our School

La Petite Academy on Cedar Road invites Chesapeake families to meet a daycare and preschool that opened in January 1989. We are near Prince of Peace Catholic Church and Walmart Neighborhood Market. We have earned accreditation from NECPA.

Our classrooms span Infants, Toddlers, and Twos through Early Preschool, Preschool, and Pre-K, plus Before and After School Care, for ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We welcome families using third-party child care assistance, and we will explain it on your tour. Learn from the Start® turns every infant interaction into early learning, and Learn as We Grow® for Toddlers through Pre-K connects hands-on play to big ideas like Patterns, like early preschoolers comparing and measuring volume through sensory play.
