Welcome!

Our school offers infant, toddler, two’s, preschool, and transitional kindergarten that provide perfect foundation for learning and development.

We work closely with the YMCA, CDA, and MCCYN programs.

Our top-notch curriculum, cleans and safe environment, and team of professional staff help us stand out from other child care centers in the area. At our Vista location we offer Spanish, Amazing Athletes, and Kidokinetics at a small additional fee.

Michelle L McKim, Director

Education: Associates in CHDV

Hi my name is Ms. Michelle, I have been working in the child development field since 2003. I've been working at La Petite Academy in Vista since 2016. I started as a two-year-old teacher and have taken on other responsibilities such as Team Lead, Safety Captain, Program Assistant Director, and now Director. We will be doing activities at least once a month including trunk-or-treat, holidays around the world, and in school events. I take pride in our amazing staff knowing that they are the best.

Hello my name is Tammy and I am the TK teacher at La Petite Academy. I am also the Team lead. I live in Vista with my family. I currently have 21 units in Early Childhood Education. I have been a teacher for over 25 years. I love being a teacher it is my passion. I look forward to meeting you and your family. We do fun activities through out the year (trunk or treat, back to school events, end of summer events, and so much more).
