Welcome to our La Petite Academy educational daycare in Sugar Land, TX. My name is Petra and I am the director. I have an associate's degree in business, a Director's Credential Certification and have been with La Petite since 1993. I have lived near the Sugar Land community for 20 years.

Our school has been serving families in the Houston community for over 25 years through our infant care, preschool and other age-specific programs. We often meet with touring parents who came to La Petite when they were children and now return with children of their own!

We create a warm, loving and welcoming environment and have an open-door policy for our parents. We plan monthly events for our families so we can build an even stronger community within our school.

Over 80 percent of my staff has been with us for more than 10 years. Our pre-k program utilizes the Texas School Ready program and assures kindergarten readiness through an excellent team, including University of Texas mentors and our CDA certified teacher.
