Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare in Lancaster, CA! My name is Aimee and I am the director here at La Petite Academy. I have 32 years of experience as a teacher and manager. Most of our teachers have been here for more than 5 years with a total of 214 years of combined experience. All of our teachers are certified in infant/child First Aid and CPR. Teachers attend trainings and workshops that are offered all year long and continue to receive monthly training.

We offer Infant Care, Toddler Care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and School-Age programs. We also offer premium diapers and wipes for Infants and Toddlers. With a clear path to school readiness, children learn at their own developmental pace, while allowing flexibility and spontaneity.

Education: 60+ Units in Child Development and Continuing Education

Certifications: Mentor Director Certified, CPR/First Aid, Site Supervisor Permit

In my role as director, I acknowledge my community and love partnering with its families. I have a passion for children's education and love being a part of a child's growth and development. I take pride in building a strong sense of community both inside and outside the school, partnering with parents and teachers to ensure lifelong learning.

Education: A.A. Degree

Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certified

As team lead, I believe that the best part of being a leader is to possess a charisma that helps get others excited about the work we are doing. I help inspire our teachers through my listening skills, sportsmanship, and respectable work ethic. I try to be positive in my role as team lead and to encourage our teachers to brainstorm and be a part of the centers decision making.
