Welcome to our La Petite Academy educational daycare in Jacksonville, FL. My name is Nicole Nolen and I am the center director of this school that offers Infant Care, Preschool and other age-specific programs.

Our teachers here are outstanding. They love their jobs as well as the children in their care. All staff members participate in training opportunities throughout the year to stay current in the field of early childhood education.

Give Your Child a Great Start With VPK

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is a free daily, 4-hour program that includes breakfast and lunch, with the option of extended wrap care. I've been with the company for since 2006 and have been in early childhood education for 20 years. I enjoy teaching and watching children grow. It is a blessing to be able to teach and work with children daily.

Welcome to La Petite Academy I began working for Learning Care Group as a two’s teacher. I have continuously moved forward in my career becoming a team lead, and now stepping up to being an assistant director. I have always enjoyed working with children and watching them grow into young adults.

I’ve been in childcare for 14 years, obtaining many different positions from lead teacher to management with all age groups 6 weeks to 12 years old. I must say working with children (and their families) has truly been my passion. I have been with Learning care group for two years and eager to grow with the company.
