Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy! My name is Andrea Reynolds, and I am the Academy Director.

Our Infant through Pre-K programs provide the perfect foundation for learning and development. I consider this center as an extension of my own family and I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone within our care. Each of our teachers attend different workshops and training sessions throughout the year. They have over 100 years of combined experience in childhood education. We are working on our NAEYC accreditation and have our Level 3 Paths to Quality certification for the state.

To ensure safety and security, our building features a key code entry and each of our teachers has First Aid and CPR certification.

Hello! I am happy to introduce myself as your Director at La Petite Kildeer Drive. I have been in the industry for nine years and worked for Learning Care Group for four of those years. I am very passionate about early childhood education and ensuring we meet children on their developmental level. I have an interest and specialization in problem behavioral strategies as well. I enjoy spending my time outdoors hiking and camping. I hope you meet you soon!

Hello! I am excited to be here at La Petite Academy and to share my enthusiasm for learning with all of the students and families. I have worked for the company for four years. I have worked my way through the Master Teacher program and am now eager to help teachers in the classroom as the Assistant Director. I have two children myself and enjoy celebrating their accomplishments with my family.

My name is Shannon Raney and I have been with the company for over six years now. I have a passion for education and teaching young children.
