Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy in Concord, NC! We are a five-star center located right off of Highway 29 on Transit Court NW. My name is Jasmin and I am the academy director. I am a Level III director with a bachelor's degree and a multitude of experience in the field of early childhood education.

We offer Infant and Toddler Care, Preschool, Pre-K and Jr. Kindergarten programs. Our wonderful and energetic teachers go above and beyond to meet the needs of the children. Together, they have more than 135 years of experience!

We are excited to offer new technology in our School-Age classroom Enhancements include iPads featuring apps to create art, music and videos, tripods for movie making, robots for coding, a new gaming system and a secure WiFi network for homework.

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Elementary Education

Certifications: Level III Director

I have over 30 years of experience in the child care field and have been the director at La Petite for 10 years. One of my favorite quotes is: "Education is the powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

JaLisa Sanders, Assistant Director

Education: Master of Education Birth Through Kindergarten Interdisciplinary Studies

Certifications: Level III Administrator

I have 15 years of experience in the field of early education. My goal is to ensure that every young scholar that I cross paths with has a solid foundation of education and learning. I have a heart and passion for people and only want to see everyone reach their highest potential. "A child has a special way of adding joy to every day."

Kiki Dildy, Team Lead

Education: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education

Certifications: Level II Administrator

I have 23 years of experience in the early child care field. I have my BSAC Certification and have been at this school for 23 years. I love helping children learn and grow and can't wait for the chance to meet you and your family.
