Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare in Colorado Springs, CO! We also serve the communities of Peyton, Falcon, Security, Widefield, Fountain, Fort Carson and Peterson. My name is Heidi and I am the academy director.

Since we opened in 1995, we provide a welcoming, high-quality learning environment through our Toddler Care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Before- and After-School care and other early education programs.

We have a fabulous group of teachers who have a true passion for what they do. Our teachers receive ongoing training to learn the latest findings in the field.

I've worked with children in the classroom for 14 years. I've been here at La Petite Academy for going on seven years and a part of the management team for three. I have a beautiful daughter and on my off days I'm enjoying time with her exploring the city. I look forward to welcoming you and your family soon!

Hello, my name is Dee Dee and I love working with children they make my heart full. I have worked in childcare going on eighteen years now and have been with La Petite for two of those years. I also have two grown children of my own and am anxiously awaiting grandchildren!
