We are proud to offer safe, secure and healthy individualized care and education in our Infant, Toddler, Two's, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten programs! Darlene Ham, Director

Education: Associates Degree in Applied Science

Certifications: CPR, First Aide, AED, Nursing Assistant

My name is Darlene Ham, I have been with La Petite Academy since 2014. I started out as an assistant teacher in the toddler room then moved to team lead, assistant director, and am now the director at the Belleville/Shiloh location. This company has helped me grow into who I am today, and who I will become. I am forever grateful to be here!

I've always believed it was my calling to be a educator for young children and I'm blessed to be in a position where I can fulfill that calling. I've been working as a early childhood educator for eight years and am grateful to expand my experience in a management position. My goal is to support the students and staff to create a loving and welcoming educational environment.
