Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy in Mishawaka, IN! My name is Crystal Allison and I am the academy director. I am pursuing my associate's degree in early childhood education and more than 27 years of experience working with children. Drawing from this experience, I can confidently say that La Petite Academy offers the best infant care and private preschool in Mishawaka.

Our academy was established in 1980 and has since presented Mishawaka, St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties with the highest caliber of child care and early education. From the coded entry to the spacious playgrounds, we provide a safe and fun learning environment for all our children.

We have been awarded National Early Childhood Program Accreditation by the National Accreditation Commission. We are also proud to be part of Indiana's Paths to Quality program, and have a Level 4 rating. The average length of employment for our teachers is five years, and some of our staff members have more than 20 years of experience with us.

We’re committed to providing simple ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. With live streaming video, you can view your child’s classroom from any device or computer. Plus, get real-time updates with our family communication app.

We closely follow recommendations from state and local authorities, to maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.
