I am excited to welcome you to La Petite Academy in Exton, PA. My name is Nicole Rzepka and I am the center director. I have my early childhood degree and 22 years of experience working in the ECE field. Ensuring your child's safety is of utmost importance to me. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a young learner achieve their goals.

Our School Readiness Pathway prepares your child for elementary school, while encouraging discovery, fostering growth, and inspiring achievement. In every program, for Infants to School-Age students, teachers personalize learning with our unique educational approach.

Our experienced, dedicated teachers ensure school readiness using our specialized, research-based curriculum with a strong focus on math and literacy. Our teachers participate in professional development training annually to stay current in the field of early childhood education.

I have worked in the field of early childhood education since 2001. Working with children and teachers has always been a true passion of mine. As director, it is my goal to lead teachers to provide quality education to the children enrolled in our school, while meeting the needs of each individual child in a safe and loving environment.

I have worked in the field of early childhood education for 13 years and I have been with Learning Care Group for going on 10 years!
