Back-up Child Care for Employees
You know what happens when an employee's child care falls through. They usually end up taking a day off. But, we can help you establish a child care program onsite or at a nearby La Petite Academy.
The first step is to determine the magnitude of your need and then decide on a program. There are two options:
Option 1: Guaranteed Space - Back-Up Child Care
Provide Back-Up Child Care to your employees by purchasing space at one or several of our Academies. Space may be purchased in any of our classrooms from Infant (6 weeks) to School Age (12 years).
The cost per space is based on the tuition rates at the center you select. There are no minimum spaces to purchase and one of our Corporate Account Managers will do a -Needs Assessment- to determine the best plan and pricing for your company.
Option 2: Guaranteed Days - Back-Up Child Care
An alternative option is to purchase a specified number of days at one or more of our Academies, which are valid for one year. This option is less expensive because you do not have to commit to full-time spaces for an entire year. Days may be purchased for specific classrooms to meet the needs of your employee parents. This option serves children between the ages of 3 and 12 years.
The cost per day is determined by the regular weekly tuition rate at the selected Academy. If specific classroom days were purchased, the cost would vary. We specialize in customizing programs for our corporate clients that meet their needs as well as budgets.
A Corporate Account Manager will work with you to develop an employee co-pay program for both options. Applicable administration fees may apply depending on the final process.
