Academy Advantage

The quality of a teacher makes the difference in your child's happiness, and the strength of our teachers really makes us different. They come to us with a variety of early childhood education backgrounds, but they all have at least one thing in common - a love of working with children and a passion for teaching.

These dedicated professionals go through an extensive three-day training program that gives them a thorough understanding of the Academy's standards and curriculum, and explores child care and child development issues. They work with trainers, with members of our experienced Education team, with other teachers and also on their own to ensure they have all the tools necessary to be the kind of educator you expect and we demand.

Whether they are new or experienced veterans, all of our teachers have access to many professional development opportunities through La Petite Academy's Education Department. Please ask them about it!
