Our Programs

View of classroom's designated creativity & art center, writing center and play center.La Petite Academy’s curriculum is industry leading. Developed by our team of education experts, our curriculum is based on age-appropriate learning objectives. Teachers in all our classrooms have hundreds of activities to choose from, each of which is tied to a specific learning objective. At our school, your children will not only make the developmental progress necessary for success in school, but also will love the activities that help prepare them. Infant Program (6+ Weeks): Our infants are our tiniest treasures. Our teachers create a loving, nurturing environment that shows in the smiles and coo’s of our infants. We are part of the Federal Food Program which allows us to provide your babies formula, cereal and food.  Good nutrition is very important to us.  Our curriculum is based upon the milestones your baby will reach during their first year. Included in the curriculum are many activities to build fine and gross motor skills, language, social-emotional and cognitive skills. Music and movement also plays a big part in this classroom. Toddler Program (12+ Months): Toddlers are exciting and energetic and often at significantly different developmental levels based on their age. Our academy recognizes the unique learning abilities of each toddler and uses small group activities such as music and movement and literacy review as well as one-on-one activities to execute a well designed curriculum. Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Program (4-5 Years): We have an Early Preschool class designed for children that are potty trained (but not perfect), a Preschool class for children that are just turning four and two VPK classes for Pre-Kindergarten children who are preparing to go to school.  These programs are very important to the social development of each child. The curriculum also covers language development, cognitive, problem solving, fine and gross motor skills as well as pre-writing skills. Each of the activities are taught through play so the children enjoy learning and love to come to school. School-Age Program (5-12 Years): Our school-age program includes homework help on all subjects. The curriculum was designed to support what the children have already learned in school that day. They have many activities to choose from and are included in all of the center events. We encourage the school age children to express themselves through many art projects. Transportation: We provide transportation to the following area elementary schools:
