I have my director credential in early childhood education. I have been in the early education profession for over 10 years and truly understand its importance!
I love building personal relationships with my families and children. Being the director is a very rewarding experience - everyone here is an extension of each other's families. We create a warm and welcoming environment and encourage our parents to utilize our open-door policy. We plan many events for parent participation and our families love it! We strive to have great communication and involvement from our families.
We are so fortunate to have an outstanding staff here in Carrollton that is dedicated to our children and families. Many of our teachers have their child development associate's credentials and together, we have over 50 years of teaching experience!
