Join Us for Back-to-School Night

Thursday, August 4, from 5–7 p.m.

As we get closer to the sun setting on Summer, it’s time to start planning ahead for Fall care! During our Back-to-School Night, you can explore your child’s spaces, interact with her teachers, socialize with other families, experience enrichment programs and, most important, share a hands-on experience with your child using the curriculum.

Stop by your school the evening of August 4 to truly explore everything it has to offer. Parents with infants will enjoy activities that foster achievements while building on small and large motor skills. Toddlers and twos will enhance their socialization skills. Preschool and Pre-kindergarten families will focus on Kindergarten preparedness. School-agers will have an absolute blast discovering how fun our before and after care program is.

Register-to-Win Rules and Regulations

ELIGIBILITY: The “Back-to-School Gift Card Contest” (the “Contest”) is open only to families attending a Back-to-School Open House on Thursday August 4, 2011 between 5-7 p.m. local time. One entry per family. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Employees of Learning Care Group, Inc. and/or La Petite Academy, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Certain restrictions may apply.

TIMING: The Contest begins on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. E.D.S.T and ends on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 8:59 a.m. E.D.S.T. (the “Contest Period”). Prizes will be fulfilled approximately three (3) weeks after the conclusion of the Contest.

ENTRY: Entry to this contest is on-line only. Must accurately complete the online entry form. Must use password/code and web address from Back-to-School Night handout (supplied by the school) to access the online entry form. Computer on site at the schools cannot be used for entry.

WINNER SELECTION: Learning Care Group will randomly select eight (8) winners (one winner for each of Learning Care Group’s school management divisions) on August 12, 2011. Selection of the winners will take place at Learning Care Group’s corporate headquarters located in Novi, MI. Winners will be notified by email, mail, phone and/or in person by the school. Entries will be submitted from all Learning Care Group brands, i.e. “company-wide” (Childtime®, Tutor Time®, La Petite Academy®, La PetiteSM, and The Children’s CourtyardTM). No alternate award/prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution of the prize will be given. No exchanges or refunds. Award/prize is non-transferable. If a winner cannot be contacted or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will be fulfilled via U.P.S. or in person by the school approximately three (3) weeks after the conclusion of the Contest.

PRIZING: Eight (8) PRIZES: Each winner will receive one $1,000 Target® gift card. Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No alternate award/prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution of the prize will be given. No exchanges or refunds. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received per division during the Contest Period. Winners are responsible for taxes, if any, and will be required to submit a form W-9 to allow for proper reporting.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes consent to Learning Care Group’s use of, without limitation, participants likeness as well as winner’s name, biography, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, opinions, hometown and state, and any other similar materials for promotional and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
