Always Striving to Raise Standards

All of our schools are licensed by the state in which they operate and adhere to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, teaching and care.

La Petite Academy is committed to making sure that all of our schools are nationally accredited through at least one nationally-recognized organizations including:

• National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA)
• Accredited Professional Preschool Learning Environment (APPLE)
• National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs (NAC)
• National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)

Accreditation is an important early childhood quality initiative. The focus of accrediting bodies is to recognize and promote “best practices” in early childhood settings.

Accreditation:

• Defines standards of quality for the field of early childhood care and education.

• Helps parents and policymakers recognize high-quality early childhood programs and initiatives.

• Recognizes teachers as professionals and supports ongoing training and professional development.
